Green Outreach, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and we are committed to raising awareness about global warming and its disproportionate impact on marginalized communities. We do not align with, endorse, or otherwise support any particular political candidate, organization, party, or platform.
Our mission is to educate individuals about the effects of climate change, particularly on low-income families, communities of color, and indigenous communities. By bringing awareness to these issues, we seek to inspire action and work toward discovering sustainable solutions that benefit everyone.
Our team is made up of dedicated people that were brought together to help address environmental issues and to advance social justice. We strongly believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to tackling climate change, and we are dedicated to creating a space where every voice can be heard and valued. We believe awareness must be paired with action. We focus on engaging with excluded voices because we want to ensure that everyone is included when we try to find real solutions. By ensuring that the voices of marginalized communities are heard, we aim to create systemic change.

Green Outreach exists to bring people together to protect the planet and strengthen our communities. We believe that everyone can make a difference, whether it’s picking up a piece of trash, recycling responsibly, or giving back through donations. By working together, we create cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable places to live. Our team and volunteers take part in activities such as:
We organize regular cleanups in local lakes, rivers, and neighborhood parks. Volunteers help remove trash, plastics, and debris to protect wildlife, improve water quality, and make public spaces safe and welcoming.
Our coastal cleanups focus on stopping marine pollution before it spreads. Volunteers collect litter, sort recyclables, and record what we find, helping to reduce plastic waste in our oceans.
We host drives where community members can drop off recyclables and electronics for safe processing. From bottles and cans to old phones, batteries, and appliances, these events keep harmful materials out of landfills.
Through clothing, book, and household-goods drives, we collect usable items and distribute them to families and shelters in need. These efforts reduce waste and directly support neighbors facing challenges.
