Yes, we will provide you proof of your court ordered community service hours on our letterhead. You will be able to take that letter to the court, probation, other governmental agency, or employer. If you require additional documentation, you will need to provide us information and/or documentation so you can be in compliance with the court's order. We do not have a deadline for completing your hours, but your account may be closed if there is no activity on your account. Further, if your community service hours must be completed within a specific period of time, you are responsible for finishing your hours in a timely manner. This allows our organization enough time to verify your hours and prepare your confirmation letter.
