In promoting a green economy, it is important to make sure everyone has equal access to green jobs and can benefit from their growth. How can we address issues of accessibility and equity within the green job sector? What steps can be taken to make sure that underserved communities have access to these job opportunities? How can we support diversity in the green workforce? In what ways can we incorporate social justice into our approach to promoting green jobs?
