Increasingly, young people are adopting plant-based diets to combat climate change and promote healthier lifestyles. This shift is from the growing awareness of the environmental impact of meat production and the desire to reduce our carbon footprint. What are some benefits of plant-based diets on both personal and environmental levels? How can we inspire others to join in a plant-based diet? What are some challenges young people face when transitioning to plant-based diets, and how can those be addressed to make it more accessible? What might be the long-term impacts on both individuals and the environment?
